My name is Cindy Bear, and like my law enforcement career (now retired), this calling as a notary and wedding officiant chose me. Originally, I was Florida Notary Public for 8 years during my 33 year U.S. Law Enforcement/Civil Service career, so that with over three decades of extensive training and experience with government/state forms helps make a great fit for this career.
As a Wedding Officiant, I am an ordained non-denominational minister and notary public available to officiate wedding ceremonies and other special events in the Northeast Florida area, and out of area if you wish. It would be an honor for me to officiate your wedding!
Ceremonies I perform include religious, non-religious, traditional, contemporary, or customized however you like. We are all inclusive, and happy to wed same sex LGBTQ+ couples as well as the opposite. I will work with you to create a perfect celebration of your union on your beautiful, perfect day!
Your ceremony can be in whatever setting you choose, be it casual or formal. As your wedding officiant, I can write and perform your wedding ceremony, help organize your wedding rehearsal, and if you are getting a marriage license, ensure your marriage license is filed with your county’s Clerk of Courts office.
